Cancellation policy

Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how these purchases work and how you can change or cancel them.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select, and your payment method will be charged automatically for each delivery until you cancel. Your subscription auto-renews at the then-current price and interval until cancelled. The price and frequency are shown to you at checkout and in your order confirmation.

Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel your subscription at any time through your account at https://theonlybean.com/tools/recurring/login, through the links in your order confirmation emails, or by contacting us at hello@theonlybean.com. To avoid being charged for your next delivery, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund charges already processed except as stated in our Returns Policy.

Price changes

If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
